and part time instructor at the University of Virginia Architectural School.
Design projects include St. Charles and Charleys restaurants in Charlottesville,
Lynchburg, Roanoke, Danville, Virginia Beach, Richmond, Charlotte, and Raleigh;
the Trio Restaurant in Charlotte; the Sprigg Lane and IBM office buildings in
Charlottesville; the National Optronics, MicroAire and INOVA Manufacturing
facilities; the Court Square (McGuire Woods) Office Building; 14th Street
Shopping Mall; Pantops Shopping Center; Blue Ridge Shopping Center;
Charlottesville City Hall annex and subsequent City Hall renovations; large
computer complexes in Culpeper, Virginia, and Europe; Specialty Blades
Manufacturing facility in Staunton, Virginia; and several apartment projects in
Charlottesville and Harrisonburg and downtown renovation projects in those
communities. Married to the former Linda Frey of Springfield, Ohio, with two
children.
