Manager, Construction and Facilities.  Responsible for construction and maintenance of rental properties managed by Great Eastern.  Responsible for day-to-day maintenance inspections and operations of Great Eastern’s commercial properties; supervises commercial tenant buildout and improvement projects; oversees installation, repair and maintenance of gas-fired ammonia-absorption chillers for Great Eastern’s residential properties as well as operation of private natural gas distribution pipelines; responsible for locating and marking underground utilities.   With Great Eastern, has done electrical and construction work in Charlottesville for the first General Electric facility, Regional Airport expansion and several apartment, shopping center, and medical office building locations. Master Electrician (Virginia); EPA CFC Certification; EPA Lead-based Paint Renovation & Repair Certification..
